Last updated: August 5, 2026. These Terms govern use of Saint Maurice Church websites, APIs, mobile features, and admin tools used to support church service operations.
1. Purpose of the service
St Maurice Service is a church service platform of Saint Maurice Church intended to help community members and server teams view events, coordinate ministries, and manage service-related information.
2. No paid access to the platform
The platform is provided free of charge. Optional donations may be offered through external third-party links. St Maurice Service does not process payments directly and does not store payment card or bank information.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You agree to provide accurate account/profile information.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials.
- Admin-only features are restricted to authorized church personnel.
- We may suspend access for abuse, security risks, or policy violations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, admin tools, APIs, or data
- Upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content
- Interfere with platform availability, security, or normal operation
- Use the service for unlawful activity
5. Church content and external links
Event details, service descriptions, media, and donation links are provided for ministry communication. Some links may lead to third-party websites or services that are outside St Maurice Service control. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.
6. Intellectual property and use permission
Unless otherwise stated, platform content and branding are provided for personal, church-community, non-commercial use related to service participation. Do not copy, republish, or commercially exploit content without permission from church administrators.
7. Service availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be changed, paused, or removed for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. We do not guarantee that all content is always complete, accurate, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, St Maurice Service and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or third-party services.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute related to these Terms or use of the service will be handled under applicable Egyptian law and in the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt, unless another forum is required by mandatory law.
11. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
